Con los a\u00f1os aprend\u00ed que la\u00a0claridad<\/strong>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n se dise\u00f1a. Que una conversaci\u00f3n honesta puede\u00a0transformar<\/strong>\u00a0m\u00e1s que un manual. Y que el verdadero trabajo no es ense\u00f1ar respuestas, sino crear espacios donde las preguntas vuelvan a tener\u00a0valor<\/strong>.<\/p>
